Read the instructions below to learn how to include pictures in your story using the Story Builder. (Note: You may want to print this page for your use as you build you story.)

Step 1: When you find a picture you wish to include in your story, right click on the picture. A small pop up menu will appear. Choose "Save Image As" or "Save Picture As" from the menu.

Step 2: A Save As window will appear. Select a folder where you want to save your pictures temporarilly. You can either use an existing folder or create a new folder for this purpose. In this example, let say you chose a folder called "SBpictures." The picture already has a name which will appear in the "File name:" box near the bottom of the window. You can change the name of the picture file if you want. .

Example: (The file name of the picture being saved below is "elephant.jpg")
* The appearace of the dialog box is different depending on the operating system you are using. (The one below is for "Window 98")

Step 3: Click the "Browse..." button and on the "choose file" dialog box locate the folder where you saved your picture files. Double-click the picture file name in the Story Builder for the page you would like it to appear in your story.
