Directions:There are many ways this story could be changed. Just by adding another animal or kid, changing the beginning or ending of the story, or changing the season, the story could become very different.

Here are some ideas to help you get started re-writing the story. You can use these as they are, change them, or come up with an idea of your own.

• Re-write the story using your own animals that get bigger.
• Re-write the story as if the dragon caught Georgie.
• Continue the story as if Georgie is talking to a friend he is trying to warn against McFeeglebee's pond.
